This project is a transcription of an avant-garde composition, capturing unconventional melodic lines, harmonies, and rhythmic structures. The transcription focuses on accurately representing the experimental aspects of the piece while maintaining clarity for analysis and performance purposes. This work demonstrates my ability to analyze, notate, and interpret contemporary. I used Dorico for made this.
This SATB choral project is a four-part vocal arrangement exploring traditional harmonies and voice leading. Each part Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass is written to create rich harmonic textures while allowing melodic independence.
For this piece, I picked a modal melody outside the common C major, C minor, and A minor scales wanted something a bit different and interesting. I turned it into a Cantus Firmus, but not boring old whole notes: I gave it some 16th-century-style rhythmic variety, so it flows naturally and keeps things lively.

This is my friend’s track, recorded at another studio. I handled the mix and master, added some strings, and worked on the production. It was a fast draft mix, so the focus was more on the idea than on a final polished sound.
